Along side the canstructures will be organizations for the Sustainable Food Fair. The Sustainable Food Fair is dedicated to giving exposure to the sustainable food practices happening in our larger Boulder community. Many local organizations, farms, and businesses will be tabling at the event to help educate CU students on how they work with food. Come visit the fair to learn more about food and sustainability! Here are just a few joining us for the Fair: Ritual Chocolate, Flatirons Farm, Preserving Community, Boulder Food Rescue, and The Second Kitchen! Participate to learn, taste, and practice!
