MS Course Worksheet

Formulate a course plan with your advisor

Students at Oxbow coal mine

Instructions

By the end of the September of a student’s first semester, he or she is required to meet with his or her faculty advisor to formulate a course plan for the MS degree. The student and the faculty advisor should complete a MS Course Planning Sheet (see below) that should be as specific as possible regarding the student’s future courses, internship and thesis intentions. One should be sure to list the required core and secondary core courses on this sheet. The advisor should sign this document and a copy should be kept on file in the ENVS Graduate Office. If a student changes this plan, a new course-planning sheet should be signed and filed.
