Undergraduates led the way in creating environmental studies at CU.

With an undergraduate enrollment of around 600, environmental studies ranks in the top third of arts and sciences majors at CU-Boulder.
Fifty undergraduate, four M.S and one Ph.D. student completed their studies in May, 2007.
For 2006/07, a total of 96 graduates received a B.A: 61 in May, 15 in August and 20 in December.
Undergraduates have studied environmental issues at the University of Colorado for over 50 years. The major has grown from a small Geography major in Conservation Education to the current full academic program.
