Specialist in Environmental Economics, Public Economics and Applied Econometrics. His current research activities are focussed in three areas: structural modeling and estimation of the link between consumer preferences for spatially delineated public goods (e.g. open space amenities and air pollution) and urban structure; analyzing the impacts of test-based accountability measures in public schools; and, modeling the responses of firms to environmental regulation.
