More Info
Lisa is happy to be returning to school after several years of employment in the field of molecular biology. She has a bachelor's degree in biology from Wayne State in Michigan. After vacationing here and falling in love with Boulder, she moved to Colorado in 1999. Since then she has worked in a variety of scientific settings, but have mainly done lab research. She is studying biogeoscience so that she can apply her scientific knowledge to environmental questions. Also, she is really looking forward to broadening her own horizons with environmental studies. For this reason, she has not chosen my research focus yet. Jason Neff has kindly agreed to be heradvisor, so shewill be working with him this fall.
