Renaud was a dual degree MS-MBA student who entered the ENVS program looking to develop a background in energy and environmental policy for application in the corporate social responsibility arena. Renaud is now the senior strategist on the Saatchi & Saatchi S Solutions team. His consulting engagements help organizations understand their environmental impacts and opportunities and develop practical, innovative, cost effective action plans for addressing and communicating them. Renaud has worked with large public and private multinational companies across numerous industries including CPG and other manufacturing, energy and materials, real estate, construction, publishing, and healthcare. His clients have included The Coca-Cola Company, FedEx Kinko’s, Allstate, Wrigley, Hunter Douglas, Johns Manville, Rodale Publishing, Grosvenor, Cherokee Investment Partners, Forest City, the State of New Mexico, and Kaiser Permanente among others. In addition to performing assessments of organizational performance on sustainability metrics, he leads the development of client specific strategies to increase operational and supply chain efficiency and communicate these improvements to internal and external stakeholders.He recently helped a global 50 company quantify the risks associated with energy usage and GHG emissions in its global operations from the perspective of price volatility, interruption and manufacturing downtime, and current and anticipated regulatory conditions.
