Paul worked with Dr. Ken Strzepek in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department to develop a water resources planning and policy track within ENVS’ water program. His interest is in the field of water resources management and would eventually like to work overseas in developing countries. He has his undergraduate degree from Colorado State University in range science and an M.S. degree from the University of Arizona in watershed hydrology.
