Lee completed a dual JD/MS degree with an interest in environmental law and sustainable development policy. Preceding his time at the University of Colorado, Lee worked in the Illinois political arena, played professional soccer, and spent a year with the U.S. Department of Justice Environmental Division.

Mr. Zarzecki was active in the community as President of the Black Law Students Association. He also enjoys photography and snowboarding.
