Mariah graduated with honors from Princeton University in 2005 with a degree in political science and a certificate in environmental studies. After taking some time off to travel across the United States (to all fifty states and as many National Parks as she could manage!) she started at CU as a law student in 2006. She subsequently enrolled in the dual degree program and currently is pursuing both a law degree and a masters in environmental studies, with a focus on policy. She is extremely interested in climate change policy and sustainable energy development.
