ENVS Strategic Planning document final write up

Going forward

In one faculty meeting each semester the ENVS strategic plan will be revisited and discussed by ENVS faculty for benchmarks and shortcomings to achieve action items and strategic imperatives (engagement and assessments by/with students and staff will be determined as part of this process): the ENVS strategic plan will be operationalized through next implementation discussions and steps. The ENVS strategic plan is a living document that can be adapted and that will be utilized to intentionally inform the department’s subsequent priorities, allocation of resources, actions, adjustments, decisions and investments.
